A Trainee Solicitor at assisting across a broad range of matters spanning the creative industries and beyond, Theo particularly enjoys supporting creative and ambitious clients and favours a commercially minded approach.
A background in music sets the scene for Theo’s career to date. Theo has produced music across various genres for more than a decade, including House, UK Garage and Neo-Soul. He has worked with independent record labels, produced official remixes and collaborations, organised events and DJ’d at venues such as Fabric and Ministry of Sound. Prior to this, Theo played in Metal and Punk bands, having performed across the UK and in Europe. His experience navigating different sub-genres has shaped his approach to legal work, recognising that no two businesses are the same and effective advice requires a deep understanding of each client’s unique commercial context.
Theo studied History at King’s College London and the London School of Economics before completing the GDL and LPC at the University of Law.
He initially joined Lee & Thompson as a Paralegal in our Corporate & Commercial department in 2023, soon after completing our Vacation Scheme, before starting his training contract in March 2025.
