Pricing
We have outlined below our typical fees for a range of immigration and nationality applications, in accordance with the SRA Transparency Rules.
Immigration Fees (excluding VAT):
- Standard or Business Visitor: £1,500
- Global Talent: £7,000 -10,000
- Sponsor Licence (small to large organisations): £5,000 – £7,000
- Skilled Worker entry clearance or leave to remain: £2,800 – £4,000
- Creative Worker (Temporary Work) entry clearance or leave to remain: £1,500 – £2,500
- Global Business Mobility – Senior or Specialist Worker: £2,400 – £4,000
- Scale-up: £2,400 – £4,000 – as above
- Appendix FM: £3,000 – £7,000
- High Potential Individual: £2,000
- Youth Mobility Scheme: £1,500
- UK Ancestry: £3,000 – £5,000
- EU Settlement Scheme: £4,000 +
- Settlement/Indefinite Leave to Remain: £4,000 – £6,000
- Naturalisation: £4,000 – £6,000
Please note, all the fees listed above are our legal fees only (excluding VAT) which will be payable if you are resident in the UK.

Our typical fees are outlined on the understanding that:
- The application meets the visa requirements, it is not subject to complexities or involves a request for Home Office discretion, including (but not limited to) previous application refusals, breaches of immigration rules or criminal convictions
- There are no family members applying at the same time – we charge an additional fee for each family member
- We are provided with the supporting documents in a timely manner in advance of the application submission deadline
- You do not require the application to be considered on an urgent basis
Should any of the above circumstances apply we may need to charge an increased fee which can be discussed at the point of engagement. Should any circumstances change during the course of an instruction we will discuss the impact of the change on the overall cost, if any, before incurring any additional fees.
