A Senior Associate in in Lee & Thompson’s Employment team, Neha advises both employers and employees across the creative industries and beyond on a range of areas, including disputes, general advisory and transactional matters.

Neha helps employees navigate various workplace issues including negotiated exists, discrimination, whistleblowing, disciplinary and grievance procedures with compassion and sensitivity. She has a keen interest in advising clients in discrimination disputes particularly those relating to sex, race and disability. She also advises on the data protection aspects of employment law (including data subject access requests and compliance with GDPR).

Neha has experience advising employer clients and working with their management and People teams on matters including guidance on terminations, performance related-matters, internal investigations, redundancies as well as general advisory work.

Prior to joining Lee & Thompson, Neha read Economics, Politics and International Relations at Royal Holloway, University of London before obtaining her GDL and LPC at BPP University and qualifying at Teacher Stern LLP in 2020. She is a member of the Employment Lawyer’s Association.
