A corporate lawyer advising founders, businesses and investors across the creative industries on a wide range of corporate matters.

Lucy has nearly 15 years’ experience advising clients across the creative industries, with a particular focus on transactions within the TV and film, sports, hospitality and leisure, music and advertising and marketing sectors. She guides clients through each stage of the corporate lifecycle, from early-stage investments through to exits, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity investments, venture capital investments and mergers and acquisitions.

Lucy joined Lee & Thompson in 2013 and became a partner in 2021.

Lucy is one of the firm’s Mental Health First Aiders, having qualified with MHFA England.
