Amy advises her clients on a wide range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, joint venture agreements, shareholder agreements and investments. She works with clients primarily in the fields of media and entertainment, with a particular focus on the areas of music, film & TV, live events and fashion.
Amy previously gained broader corporate law experience at an international law firm in the City, specifically on mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and infrastructure projects across the shipping, energy and logistics sectors. Having worked in both London and Dubai, Amy has valuable cross-border and international experience.
Amy also has client-side experience following in-housework during a secondment at a global energy operator, supporting on general corporate and commercial matters.
Amy qualified in September 2020. Prior to starting her training contract, Amy studied Psychology at the University of Leeds following which she completed the GDL at The University of Law in Guildford and her LPC (MA with Business) at BPP London (with distinction).
