An Associate in Lee & Thompson’s Employment team, Ellie advises employer clients and individuals on a range of contentious and non-contentious workplace issues.
Ellie brings experience advising on employment disputes, acting for employers in the County Court, Employment Tribunal, and Employment Appeal Tribunal. Ellie also advises on employee data privacy matters, with a particular focus on data subject access requests.
Ellie has diversified her employment practice since joining the firm and routinely advises individuals on negotiating exits and settlement agreements across a range of industries. She also supports employers on the full spectrum of employment matters and particularly enjoys working on litigation in the employment tribunal.
Prior to joining Lee & Thompson in 2025, Ellie was an Associate at a US employment boutique firm where she trained and qualified, gaining employment law experience advising on cross-border issues, complex discrimination claims, grievance investigations, collective redundancy exercises, diversity reporting obligations and employee exits.
Before commencing her legal career, she briefly worked as an Assistant Agent at a West-End theatrical agency.
Ellie is a member of the Employment Lawyer’s Association. She studied Criminology at City University London, before completing the GDL at BPP University Law School and qualifying in 2024.
