Richard has advised on over 500 television shows, beginning with ‘Queer As Folk’ in the late 90s and more recently as lead commercial lawyer on ‘Adolescence’. Richard’s work also includes executive producing many shows, bringing in missing finance, securing distribution and in some cases attaching writing, directing and acting talent.
Richard was actively involved with PACT, having served on PACT Council for a number of years and being extensively involved in shaping policy across the television industry. Richard advised on the integration of the Terms of Trade for UK broadcasters which provided significant opportunities for UK ‘indies’ to build and grow sustainable businesses.
