Anushka heads up L&T’s Immigration practice, specialising in all areas of business and personal immigration to the UK for the creative sector. She is one of the leading experts on the Global Talent route and delivers an annual training session to other immigration practitioners on this category.
Anushka brings over 20 years’ legal experience across the digitech and entertainment sectors, having held senior associate roles at Vanessa Ganguin Immigration Law, Deloitte LLP and Kemp Little. Anushka began her career at Laura Devine Solicitors and moved to the US to launch its New York UK immigration practice.
Anushka read Law with French at Manchester Metropolitan University followed by the LPC at the College of Law London. She also completed a Master’s degree in International and European Law from the University of Social Sciences, Toulouse, before qualifying in 2007.
Anushka is actively involved in challenging Home Office policies as a Co-Convenor of the Immigration Law Practitioners Association (ILPA)’s Economic Migration Working Group.
